Really, the goal of the VA should just be to inflict student casualties on UA. Like any casualties at all.

Toga getting into the dorms as Uraraka or Deku and killing ANYONE successfully would be the end of UA in a sane world, particularly if she got away after. Killing a student and clearly establishing that UA cannot keep their students safe would basically the end of the school's image and most of the faculty- particular in Japan where everyone's resignations would be fully expected for a fuckup of that level.

The traitor is probably a lot less important than people think. Remember, their biggest impact is giving away locations - it's not like they're super powerful or anything. Abandon the video game logic where your party member suddenly becomes 1000x stronger when he betrays you.

Don't forget blocking comms/communicating when there's no way for the heroes to communicate

It's less strength and more proximity, the element of surprise, and the ability to plan.

There's two plans you're conflating into one.

Plan 1: Get at least three samples of blood from three members of the UA class. Toga only gets Ochako's.

She uses Ochako's blood, and Camie's, for Plan 2.

Plan 2: Get a sample of Izuku Midoriya's blood.

Now, we only have Toga's word for it, but she said to use her quirk she needs a LOT of blood - so while we can reasonably assume that the point of getting blood in Plan 1 was for her disguises, I don't think we can assume obtaining Izuku's blood was for disguises.

And music, she most likely has a lot of music on her phone too.

Deku definitely wants to help people. It's why he saved Bakugou and broke his hands for Todoroki. We know he's not just becoming a hero out of selfishness.

But right how he's still trying to be All Might. He's grown in that he has his shoot style (instead of punches) and his own hero name (instead of something stupid like Mighty Boy), but he still wants to be what All Might is as a hero.

He still needs to find his own hero way. And right now, he's on his way to having his imitation bite him in the ass like it does for everyone who mindlessly imitates other people in this story.

No, Toga didn't take a little of Ochako's blood - she took a LOT of it. With her machine that she says helps her take a lot of blood, after stabbing Ochako and saying the stab wound wasn't enough. Incidentally, there's evidence that Toga took so much blood that Ochako was hospitalized, but for now let's just stick with the stuff that's readily apparent.

If it's supposedly taking place between certain events but impossible for it to fit into said events then it is highly likely non-canon unless there's a plot reason for it or something is retconned.

If it's an event that hasn't happened yet, then it's really up in the air whether it is or isn't canon.
