White Ethnostate (or similar polity) When?

What are the chances we'll be seeing something like a white ethnostate worth living in in our lifetimes?

I'm not too picky here. No purity spiralling necessary. Let's just pen down a handful of conditions:

1) Majority white, and resolved to remain so. Having some swarthy Mediterraneans or a neighbourhood quadroon doesn't bother me, but the big picture needs to be white, with the legal means to enforce it.

2) Absolutely non-muslim. Islam and citizenship must be mutually exclusive. Muslims as visitors or on business trips must only ever be admitted into the country on limited visa, under some surveillance, and in strictly limited overall numbers.

3) Low corruption. I don't care too much about the specifics of governance, but let the government be small, flat, transparent, given strictly limited powers and strong checks and balances.

4) A sustainable balance between self-reliance and public health. I don't want a nanny state, but we cant have everyone sitting in rotting dugouts slowly wasting away on oxycodone and dirty water. Let's be humanity's best, not white niggers.

5) Universal conscription/militia. Tying into the previous point, I don't want our last hurrah to be short-lived because it can just be policed away by a neighbouring country - so let there be citizen soldiers.

6) Setting a good example. If we go out and hang all the niggers, it'll be anudda shoah and we'll get the UN boot before the first Heil. So let's be orderly. Let's be correct. Let's politely escort all the undesirables out of the country. Let them go to madagascar. Let the jews have their zion, as long as they stay out of ours. Let's not be SA goon squads or degenerate neo-nazis, but soft-speaking carriers of big sticks.

I'm asking a bit much, I'll admit, but I seriously suspect any less will just result in eastern European shitholes, collapsing rhodesias or yet another wacos.

What are our chances?
What's our best bets?
Where am I wrong, what important aspects have I overlooked?

Would be very difficult to succeed and not get the boot. Bolan and Hungary are kind-of swinging our way, but they're very much polish and hungarian ethnostates, which is a bit more specific than what I have in mind. They're also corrupt eastern european shitholes by some measures (better than 20 years ago, of course, but still).

Meh. Speaking just for myself, I think it's jewish behaviour that's a problem, not the nose itself. I'd recommend that if you really are more jewish than anything else, you should go to the jewish ethnostate and live well there.

I have some jewish friends, and they're certainly not the worst of people...but their relationships to other jews are stronger than to anyone else, and quite impenetrable. Too secretive, by far.

I think Europe from the Atlantic to the Urals should be turned into an Ethno state for Europeans only. We need a new HRE. This way you can heavily influence the colonies with your culture. America is the prime obstacle in creating ethno states, their culture will always heavily counter signal any attempts at creating an Ethno state because at their core they are liberals who have a nation of mixed races without any roots.
