Sex scenes replaced with non-porn versions. Also, most PC downloads give you a choice of which version of the scenes to use.

Yes, Realta Nua removes the sexual content. However you should play the 18+ version of Heaven's Feel because some of the sexual content is important to the plot in that route.

Realta Nua is the remake with voices and extra scenes which was released a few years after the original, it also removed H-scenes but there's a patch to add them again, which is included in that torrent.
