How do they poop? How do they scratch their butt? How do they fap? I feel it would have been a better decision to establish that the girl form is some kind of invulnerable ghostly supernatural body. You don't have to explain magic but it raises a lot of questions when the body displays all the properties of a human except the clothes are glued on.

I'm pretty sure we'll get more information about that as the story goes on. I agree with you, but it'll be interesting to see how he deals with these problems.

There's a lot of buffer before Marie is in any danger. Past three chapters have all had exclamations about the great response/feedback anyway.

Compare that to something like U19 which they've already given up on. I don't think a single chapter past the initial 3 got any promo text.

I feel like this chapter was weaker than the others. But I wonder if that may be because I had to wait for it, so perhaps my anticipation slightly colored my view.

I don't really care for action in manga. I read them more for story. This chapter was like 90% action.

Several pages spent on fighting meant there was less story and dialogue. Makes the chapter feel shorter and like less happened.

I don't care about the drama but I love the martial art poses.

We don't really know the reason. Like I don't really see the guy as a character that would do that anyway, so I don't see the author writing that in to prevent it. So it's possible it's just Marie not trusting him. Or magic. Hopefully it'll be explained soon.
