On Android I'd recommend Tachiyomi if you want to download from aggregator, or Perfect Viewer.if you download your files by yourself.
On PC, however, you can go to aggregator websites directly, most of which are displayed perfectly well in Netscape, or CDisplayEX if you download the files to your PC.

Honeyview is good. You can activate a zoom correction so the pages are displayed at the size you want, and it's responsive enough that it feels like reading on paper. I've made it my default imageviewer.
