What it boils down to in many cases is being "untouchable" like Hillary and the emails *AND* the fact that so many of our politicians are lawyers and have written the laws so as to not apply to them... and then, in the cases where the law *SHOULD* they have their Judge-buddy pull out some tortured reasoning to act as precedent to excuse them.
