Don't look at it like quitting or not quitting. If you don't feel like drawing, then don't draw. You don't have to force yourself, but if you say "I quit" you'll likely never want to pick up a pen again. There may be something down the road that makes you want to draw again, but if that is your attitude you aren't going to make it very far.
