My Hero Academia

Chapter soon.

KR scans: wasabisyrup.com/archives/eGeMVSFPLJg

I wonder if Hori choose the team this arc based on this cover, or if this cover was foreshadowing this arc

Foreshadowing u dumb fuck. Wirters usually plan what their gonna do before they do it cunt.

>tfw your husbando is more famous than you

Lmao, he's gritting his teeth so hard

Bakugou is for bullying.

BEST
BOY
IS
BACK

What are you talking about? I didn't see microwave-kun in the scans

...

dat frog ass

Being this angry about your friend's success makes you a bad friend

Yeah, he will be the one to die.

He is angry because people keep progressing while he doesn't have his license.

>worst human being in his class
But that's Mineta

>your husbando
Fuck off.

Why though?

>6 of the 14 posts belong to Patreak
You have to go back.

Oh boy, Dragon Here in 2 panels! God bless hori

What's the difference between a "villain" and a "criminal" in this setting?

Too bad this chapter wasn't really hype. Maybe next week will be at least somewhat exciting.

Whether they use their quirk or not. Heroes are allowed to arrest villains but not criminals, judging by illegals.

Criminals don't use Quirks.

He's not angry about Kirishima's success, he's angry that he's not succeeding himself because of being stuck without his provisional. The whole class is fawning over Red Riot tanking a hundred knives on Youtube and he's stuck in remedial fighting off UA-hater jealous scrubs and "bonding" with asshat Todoroki when he could be out downing skells like his bro. Icing on the shit cake is fucking Deku getting invited to a task force along with Kirishimadman and two bitches whose asses he's personally kicked and he's still not allowed to play. He's pissed at circumstances and he's pissed at himself for being a victim of them.

>muh hype everyweek

>Heroes are allowed to arrest villains but not criminals
So if a quirkless guy started shooting up a school a hero wouldn't be allowed to stop him?

He deserves it 100%.

You don't gotta point it out, fucker.

Are they actually teaching him how to not be an asshole to civilians and victims in his remedial courses?

Well, he failed.

>unjustly persecuted by the gubmint powers that be - basically me
What did you do user?

According to illegals, yes. Although that is pretty un-cannon. I suspect they'd be allowed legally to defend against the attack but not make an arrest. Yes, this is stupid.

We don't know, they've shown us no focus on the courses themselves. All we know is Bakugou and Todoroki come back from them looking like they've been in a warzone.

>Heroes are allowed to arrest villains but not criminals, judging by illegals.
Where did you read this? It makes no sense. At worst they would not be allowed to use their Quirks on them.

Who else is eagerly anticipating the true best boy, in all his smug /fa/ glory?

Ban evasion is against the rules.

His waifu is under 18.

...

I hate his face. It makes me want to do things to it.

I've been waiting for months. I'm glad there's another person with godlike taste here.

All Aizawa is saying is that since Knucke doesn't have a Quirk, he isn't actually doing anything illegal.

They should practice both combat and rescue so yes.

Shitposted so hard the feds came after him.

This

I've theorized that the classes themselves are probably completely rescue-based, since it wasn't lack of combativeness that got them flunked. The battle damage comes from Bakugou and Todoroki having to fight everyone else from the other schools in the parking lot every day because they're the only ones from UA and keep getting challenged.

He was beating up a guy in the middle of the street, no? That sounds like battery to me. Aizawa even called the police after.

I think Aizawa is saying that it isn't worth his time trying to capture him since the real villains are still on the loose, not that he's not allowed to.

Me as well. He is non ironically my favorite character in the series.

precisely, Aizawa cant capture him, but the police can. yeah it's dumb

Then does that mean heroes are allowed to arrest people for nonviolent crimes as well? I always assumed that was the police's role.

Tensei Iida is a real nice guy
Too bad what happened to him

this

The problem of there still being 20% of people Quirkless is that there's got to be a separate rule of law for those with Quirks and those without, since it would be insane to try and apply the same legal standards for the Quirkless onto those with Quirks, or vice versa.

Heroes capture villains that use quirks, the police force capture criminals that don't have quirks. If heroes were tasked with capturing low-level quirk-less guys, there would be less heroes available when actual high-power quirk users start acting suspicious.
I can imagine Monoma hassling the 1-A kids saying how scary Kirishima looks. Can't wait to see him again. We need more time for smug boys.

I guess the full hardening comes with the drawback of stiffness? Looks like Kirishima is cracking his joints with every move he makes

When did he ever fight Tsuyu?

I like how Literally Who the swordmaster and Suedo were included in the reaction collage together with all those A-listers.

Bakugou Todoroki and Inasa failed because of their attitudes but they are not the only ones who failed. Some might have failed because they were too weak and stuff. This training should be complete, with emphasis on combat ability, rescue method and teamwork.

I think those are the blades bumping off.

I think that might just be all the hard, rough edges scraping against each other.

They lost because they're all gay. Notice how only straight guys got their license.

I'd been wondering that myself since last chapter, as joints would be notorious weak spots. I guess he basically has to break his own skin to be able to move when super-hardened, like it was an exoskeleton without pre-made joints. Ouch.

God he looks so fucking awesome though. Superhardened Kirishima nendo never.

>Some might have failed because they were too weak and stuff
You're wrong. The only ones allowed to go to these courses are those that passed the first test that proved they're strong, but failed the second test which proved they suck at teamwork or at being good at rescue.

She wasn't good enough to get to his level, so he third-hand kicked her ass.

The first test put emphasis on teamwork. There were people strong enough to pass alone but teamwork was the key.

95% or something of the planet has a quirk.
The fuck are the police actually fucking doing most of the time?
Should retcon that into the police taking down quirkless and very low level quirk users like punks gangsters and robbers.

Higher level quirk using low lives like high level gangsters and and "advanced skilled quirked career criminals" also known as villians are under the jurisdiction of heroes.

I don't know. I'm just trying to make sense of all of this stuff.

>it's a cute, friendly, drama-free quartet episode
Will this be the comfiest arc ever?

Comfiest or most tragic, maybe.

>Arc Villain bitch-slaps people into puddles of blood
>De-Powering Darts are key to his evil plan
>Source is the blood of an abused little girl
I doubt that somehow.

The comfy before the storm.

You guys are forgetting that they are going to a meeting so they can come up with a plan to capture a guy who can make people explode with his hands and has allied himself with The League of Villians. This will probably be one of the most dangerous arcs

>mfw Deku is the only survivor

That ban evasion is against the rules

>has allied himself with The League of Villians
You mean the League of Villains allied themselves with him.

I'm so happy that Baku and Kiri are reunited.

I crie every time :;)

Hori's a madman, but I don't think he's that crazy.

Is he?

You know I wish I could say that the threads got worse with a new anime airing but they really were always this terrible.

It's definitely the arc that separates smartpersons and dumb-dumbs (one of these two think Mirio deserves OfA).

why are you like this

Reminder that all canon couples have now been revealed.

Did yours make the cut?

This picture is shit. Endeavor and his wife is a crack ship.

>Dabi with Shouto's sister

Why are they canon also is it bakuĂ—acid and tapes forever alone or tapesxacid and baku forever alone?

>Dabi and Fuyumi
I don't even know how to describe this kind of crack.

>Killing off primary LI
>Killing off most popular side character
>Killing off primary fujobait
No one could possibly be that crazy.

No one actually think mirio deserves ofa. It's just that he'd be broken as fuck with it and his power at the moment

IIRC this is from like a big dan doujin anthology, baku gets paired with either uraraka or mina and there's conflicting pairings in between the stories there anyway IIRC

>Bakugo/Uraraka
Absolutely Disgusting.

Bakugou x Kendou will be canon.

How is the anime compared to the manga? Even worth watching?

So either Nighteye "realizes his mistake" and starts to trust Deku OR he starts to directly push Deku into giving OfA to Mirio, which can also end 2 ways: either Mirio refuses or All Might interferes.
What's it gonna be?

I kinda hope someone brings up how Nighteye's obsession with All Might blinds him to other ways for the legacy to get carried on.

>Chapter still not out
>OVA still not subbed
CRAWLING IN MY SKIN

A very good adaptation. Worth watching.

I'd say that Deku's recent talk with All Might proves he's not going to let himself be bullied into giving up the power, so I'd say that route is right out.

Couples in this image ranked in order of quality:

1. Deku x Gravity
2. Denki x Earplugs
3. Tail x Invisigirl
4. BigHands x SmugBoy
5. Momo x IcyHot
6. IIda x GadgetGirl

the rest are shit and im not even going to acknowledge them

Nothing mind blowing but it is a well done adaptation.

>Mirio knew all along about OfA and him being considered as a candidate and also knows he's being used by Sir just to prove a point to All Might
>Ends up on Shiggy's team

I think even if nighteye tries to bully deku into giving up ofa he can stand on his own and just say no. He's got a history of btfo of overly confident bastards. Anyone remember endeavor?

The casting for the voices is good, music direction is nice (You Say Run in my mind is just straight up the main theme of the series as a whole imo), animation fluctuates but they stay faithful to the style and it being Bones the peaks are amazing.

That being said, it's still not "great". One of the manga's strongest points is the build up and payoff to single pages, which is hard to translate into anime and the pacing just isn't there. I'd just watch the highlight scenes from the manga when the anime gets to it, the first few eps leading up to "you can be a hero" and the Noumu fight from the Season 1 finale is deffo worth watching and I'm sure the Cavalry and tournament fights will be great once the anime gets to it.

Faithful adaption. It's worth watching.

>children with HUGE EXPLODING HANDS
fund it

>You Say Run + Recipro Burst = ????
I am excite.
