Mitsuki is the best because her ending has a happy ending for everyone. Takayuki and Mitsuki have moved on with their lives, and Haruka's dream of writing children's books comes true. It's really selfish of Haruka to expect Takayuki to come back to her after 3 years when he's moved on and put his life on hold while she plays catch up.
