Fire and Fury shows Trump as an idiot, who accidentally mishaps his way into Russian ties. Trump was put in to intentionally disrupt our democracy and divide the two parties even further. An idiot is a far better cover than "a traitor".

Trump and his friends might have well been the books official publishers. Trumps lawyers know what is coming with the Russia investigation. Painting him as an idiot is an intentional scheme to avoid repercussions.
