When will Tomo and her tomos come back from hiatus?

When will Tomo and her tomos come back from hiatus?

It was already announced when

hopefully never

ill be honest, this series could never come back and i think i would be happier than if it were to continue

>I'm sorry I keeping things moving later this month also do not carry.
We're fucked

Never, cancelled in favor of a new series about Akemi and Goro's school days.

If anyone thought I was joking

...

What does he even need these breaks for?

looking at the modify dates, he was getting behind.

axe it
make misuzu and carol series instead

I was nearly convinced that maybe he might be "Christian".

To molest women at the metro.

>mangaka produce 20 pages a week
>this guy is struggling to do 7 pages a week of talking heads with an unchanging panel format
What a pleb

>TomoxJun Will they won't they
>They won't
>Eh? Nandatte?
>Misuzu gets depressed
>Wallows in self-pity
>Carol and senpai are just kinda around for reaction images

I don't know how to feel about this series anymore. It was great when I was reading all 200 pages but now that I'm waiting for new releases I hate it.

I doubt he has assistants to help him.

>simpe backgrounds
>screentone is quick af these days
It could be
however, what else do assistants even do?

Supply the mangaka with food and porn while working.

Hamada Yoshikazu manages to draw 2 pages per day, no assistants and the guy is a detail fetishist.
Fumita has no excuse other than not knowing what the fuck to do with his stale mango.

>t. berserkfag
there's this thing called 'a life' that not everyone wants to give up

i just realized that even though tomo is on hiatus, i don't miss it one bit

Fumita is a fucking robot

Isn't Tomo just a webmanga?
The dude isn't doing it for a living, give him a break.

if you're putting out a page a day, you're making a living off of it.

Getting paid and making a living are two different things, if it was his livelihood I doubt he'd be taking 2-3 week hiatuses.

it's pretty obvious that he's out of fucking ideas

well it's not like he can hold down another job and do this. not to mention that even if he did, it would have come up on his twitter sooner or later.

You vastly overestimate how long it takes to crank one page out, I work two jobs and I still have time to fuck around every day. He probably does these hiatuses so he can build up a backlog and doesn't have to draw one every single day.

There are volume sales, you know. this is a fairly popular series as I understand it.
And you underestimate the difficulty of drawing a comic every day for years.

I never said it wasn't difficult, but you're the one who said Fumita couldn't hold down a job and put out a daily, I just asserted otherwise. There have been people who had whole careers as artists and writers while holding down more stable jobs, a few hours a day for a strip isn't too much.

you need to conflate time with difficulty.

I'm sure he spends a lot of time figuring out ways to not move things forward, but it isn't as difficult as you seem to think it is. If a four panel strip takes him more than four hours start to finish he needs to tie everything off and hitch himself to a writer.

You would be surprised how much it can vary.

Art Spiegelman is not the best example, especially not with something like Maus.

Tfw keep getting baited by the Tomoko threads or the word tomorrow.

Its getting boring without the Tomo threads

I think the point still stands. Process is hard to gauge from a distance, and that makes it hard to gauge anything else about the situation.

One of his old posts hinted that he draws porn during these breaks.

If he's agonizing that much over Tomo, he doesn't have much of a future as a published artist. You're right in that I don't know his process, but he's got some serious problems to work through if what we're getting is a full time job for him.

I don't know. It doesn't seem like something we would have to guess at.
He has had times when the schedule has gotten to him, I remember him taking off an extra week on one hiatus or another because of dehydration sickness or something.

I dropped it in some childhood flashback arc. Does it get any better? any nice shots like in the op?

the childhood flashback end was great.
there has been some other stuff too.

Mangaka always get sick, and extended hiatus are always possible.

Why do you think they get sick?

(It's because they're overworked)

So he's preparing his house move, right?
That shit takes time, I wouldn't be surprised.

Man I just realised how little I care. I completely forgot that this even exsisted. I've not checked out a tomo thread in about a week, I don't even know which portion of that it was on hiatus.
Either way who fucking cares. The fireworks blueball made me lose all hope and realise that this shit won't be ending any time soon.

This series dried up. It used to be fun to read but now it's just fucking stupid and drawn out for no reason.

In short its boring.
