A virus that turns people into monsters infects tge population and spreads. Alot of the world is abandoned. People live in cities surrounded by monoliths made of a special black metal that repels the monsters.
There are little girls infected by the virus, but who don't mutate immediatly. The government recruits them and pairs them with a handler and uses them to deal with monsters that infiltrate the city or try to breach the monliths.
The protag is one the handlers and he's partnered with a loli themed after a rabbit.
