Fun Fact: Many Colleges go back to school next week (check your local listings for the exact date,) and during move in and the first week of school, there are so many people walking around that you can hide in plain sight. This makes flyering extremely easy.

A Note On Perception: The white self haters have been lead to believe that the KKK, Nazi's, White Nationalists, etc. are super duper dangerous and everywhere, you just can't see them because they are crafty. (White self haters actually believe this horseshit.) Use their fear to your advantage. Leaving flyers where they will be found by students the next day can drive all the self haters and their non white sex pets crazy with rage. They will start protesting and attacking even the slightest hint of pro white anything. This can cause all the white people who make money (the ones that matter) to distrust the SJW's which can be a major help in the future. Whites who used to hate themselves but now see the light won't be itching to rat out pro white activists.
Remember that the media and Administration doesn't know if you are one person or one hundred people. They are desperate to figure that out so they can figure out how harsh to make their response. If they think you are many, they will take it out on every white person they can and reveal their hatred of whites. Getting them to reveal their hatred of whites is the best way to get normal white people to turn pro white.
If you really wanted to conserve ink, you'd make it a stencil with the black being only the shadows.

But it's easy! You just need to put it into Illustrator and clean up some of that line work, solid shapes do better for stencils. The black areas are what you cut out and use for painting. Make sure you print on a nice rigid stock paper, copy paper won't cut it.
More Tips:
Have a "safe zone" where you never strike. Your safe zone should be the place where you live, they place where you study and the place where you work. The reason for this is that someone will see you walking around and put 2 and 2 together. Ideally you want to strike an area where nobody knows you at all and you don't go to on a regular basis.
When picking a disguise, assemble one that you won't wear anywhere else and that doesn't draw too much attention. No costume partying in your work disguise. Don't show off your new work disguise to anyone. Not your room mate, siblings, parents, teachers, etc.
Have a good excuse for where you were during a prank. If you said you went to the store, come back with stuff from the store. If you said you went for a jog, come back sweaty. Do not say you were in the area where the prank took place. Somebody will guess that you were behind it.
