The retarded electoral system made by the current center left government gives a majority to a coalition that reaches 40%, they are very close... additionally the could still get a majority without that because that same retarded law is mixed proportional with 36% FPTP and Lega is very good at that, they would take basically every seat in the north and Berlusconi would do the same in the south
