No. Trap Hole/Bottomless Trap Hole take effect after a monster hit the field as a response to the summon (Chain), and thus Jinzo's effect applies. Cards like Solemn Warning negate the summon altogether, and thus Jinzo is never counted as "having hit the field"

That totally defeats the purpose of banishing though. If there's a bunch of cards that bring back banished cards then how is it any different from a second graveyard?

You can't even force the opponent to use them up because they can send themselves back to the extra deck infinitely. The only thing you can do is put out something beefy enough to kill it without setting off any effects. Or use kaiju which can kill everything.
