He's not wrong, but the price is misleading. Properties like that come with a bill for tens of thousands of back-owed property taxes, and sometimes are legally uninhabitable due to environmental issues (lead, asbestos) as well. There's a reason they're so cheap.

I've lived in chicago my whole life and have looked into buying one of these "super cheap properties", but there are a few problems: 1. they are always located in the worst ghetto hoods imaginable, 2. they have absurd backtaxes that must be paid, making them affordable only to real estate developers, 3. the gov't sometimes gives them to new niggers in the area, but not to a white man like myself
