The truth is that judiciary doesn't actually have this power at all. They can rule all they fucking want, but they have absolutely zero ability to enforce anything. This Judge is basically saying "uhhhh... I think the law should be interpreted this way!" and just kinda hopes that people won't call his bluff.
It's the Executive Branch that has the authority to enforce laws. Trump should really just fucking ignore these rulings, and just cite the Arizona v. United States Supreme Court ruling on the matter. The Executive Branch has full authority to enforce (or, as the Obama administration wanted, not enforce) federal immigration law.
Just because pissant judge #2000 wants to nullify a Supreme Court ruling just because someone in the White House wants to enforce immigration law again doesn't mean that Trump should comply. The Supreme Court already ruled on this, nothing this judge says matters.

The current iteration of DACA will expire in March 2018. This means that unless Congress can miraculously come up with something within the next 2 months, all the DACA criminals will lose their protections and probably be deported. Trump doesn't have to rescind anything. Congress won't get shit done in 2 months.

At most he can prevent trump from stripping protection from illegals before the daca protection naturally expires but trump wasn’t going to do that anyway. In part, but the Supreme Court is just the final end of a long chain of courts and judges. This was a lower court, and they do not have the power to overrule a higher court.
The reason why the Courts appear overpowered is that there is no pushback from the Executive Branch. In the past, Presidents have just passively accepted whatever any random Judge said, and not actually tried to challenge them on the issue. Trump needs to just give this faggot a big middle finger and publicly say that the Supreme Court already ruled on it, so this new ruling is irrelevant.
You use past rulings and precedents to force the current Courts to take a step back. Go on the offensive, don't just wait around for the Supreme Court to get involved.
