I don't know about others but I stopped bothering to translate hentai manga when I realized that, even when I did something by someone popular, I got only a fraction of the e-peen that you get for doing some generic shounen/seinen manga and uploading to batoto. The audience is just too small, which is why the hentai manga scene functions largely by commissions.
