when will we get a trailer for this?

Lovely Complex

Would you rather have an opening of things that never happen in the show?

Yes.

Why? That's just silly.
>Here are two character fighting, but they're never going to fight.
>Here's a girl crying, but nothing going to happen to her.
>Here's a rocket ship or something, but there aren't any in the show.

he's talking about stuff animated specifically for the opening

no he isn't, how can you know?

>Opening footage is reused footage from the opening

>no he isn't
How can YOU know?

>opening is just random shit that doesn't have anything to do with the show

>Opening is reused footage from episodes that haven't aired yet

One Punch Man opening is the best opening of all time and none of the scenes in the OP happened in the manga or anime. It's totally random shit. There aren't even any clever foreshadowing shit. It's just a bald dude punching a bunch of different shit.

>opening is reused footage from the show
>with an original song to please american viewers

>opening is full of references to the manga that didn't make the cut for the full show
>those parts are your favourite

Probably July-August since it's coming out in Fall

>Final battle reuse footage from opening
Case in point:Yoru Yatterman

That's hilarious.
If it was a comedy anime I'd watch it.

>opening attempts to make the characters sing by lip syncing the reused footage to the lyrics of the song

>opening is just a handful of still images being panned over repeatedly
Started watching Sora no Woto recently. I wish my OCD didn't keep me from skipping such boring OPs..

>opening is far and away better than the actual show

>opening spoils a major plot point

>opening spoils a major plot point but you don't know that until it actually happens

It's ok if the song makes up for it.

>Reusing any material

>That one star that tries to rush him with a knife

>opening is the worst visual opening of all time

Yes you fucking pleb.

...

>There aren't even any clever foreshadowing shit.
is that sarcasm?
The last punch in the OP was a nice tie in for his serious punch in ep 12

>The fighting scenes in the OP are animated better than what happens in the show

>reusing same OP in 2 or more episodes

footage has potential spoilers

Fucking Rainbow Nisha

>Character shots that tell you nothing about them, they're just posing

>next episode preview has a major spoiler

>spend the whole preview hyping up a fight
>NEXT TIME ON DRAGON BALL Z,"Ferocity of the Saiyans! Kami-sama and Piccolo Both Die"

>Literally everything in the OP is a spoiler but you don't recognise it unless you read the very end of the manga
>The OPs were done before the manga ending was even drawn/published

>opening footage spoils the show but not in a clever way, just shows clips of fights that'll happen

>people think the author pulled the twist out of his ass
>go back to earlier chapters to prove it
>turns out it was in our face the entire time

Fucking Gundam 0079

>Kouji Kabuto dies in lava!

>opening is longer than 1:30

Fuck one piece openings

Fucking Zetsubou-sensei. That was the only example I could think of and it was glorious.

>romanized
bzzzzz

>series has famous and iconic theme song
>new series replaces it by a completely unrelated rap song

>Two characters fighting, but they're never going to fight.
What is Bleach? youtube.com/watch?v=92TEcszkRBw

Garbage

>this opening
>let's run up some stairs
>no wait, let's fight thoe guys
>more running
>more fighting
>th-this is what you want, right guys?
Opening analytics have killed my potential joy for any of this.

>The 1st Opening is used part of the ending / final boss fight.

Feels so good.

Or worse, an unrelated J-pop song.

>Opening song is by a bong band.
