If your city is sprawled out, white and other middle and upper class people will move out to the suburbs. This leaves the inner cities to niggers and other degenerates, which previously were a minority, to run rampant as they're now the majority. Meanwhile, whites etc. go everywhere in their little car-cages like sharkdivers.
For some reason, Sup Forums is immensely bluepilled on citybuilding tho.

My work and all my friends live in a walking distance from me. If I ever need to go somewhere further I take a bike or tram.

Cars are great for rural areas, but in a city they're retarded. You just end up sitting in traffic, looking for parking spots, and poisoning the very air you breathe. How do you recognise a foundation myth? It fulfils three functions. 1)It explains the origin and structure of the world (and society). 2)It defines ultimate good and evil (and from those definitions are derived the values that are used to justify the holding of power). 3)It determines what is held sacred in that society. For modern Westerners the story of WWII has become their foundation myth. It fulfils all three functions. 1)We live in the ‘Post-War World’. The lines on the map, the institutions, the sense of what era we live in, all arise from the starting point of WWII. 2)Ultimate evil is Nazis. Ultimate good is opposing Nazis. The values derived from these definitions are anti-racism, equality, diversity, anti-nationalism and so on. 3)The only thing that is held sacred, that cannot be denied or mocked in the contemporary West, is the Holocaust. The problem is that all three functions are backwards or negative. Instead of the origin event being one of fertility and new life, it was a conflagration of death and destruction. Instead of ultimate good taking the central position in the story that slot is occupied by ultimate evil. Everyone knows that Adolf Hitler, the personification of evil, holds the centre point of the WWII story. Instead of that which is held sacred being something mysterious and sublime it (the Holocaust) is an obscenity. That's what happens today but that's not how it started.
The city centers used to be a place for for middle class and working class people to live. That's when cities started things like subways or elevated trains to move people to and from work inside the city.
Then the race riots of the 1960s caused white people to move out of the city into the suburbs in droves. This required the use of automobiles to get out to the suburbs, public transportation rarely goes into the suburbs for a reason.
The entire point of the suburbs is to be within driving distance to work in the city but far enough away that chimpouts don't get to you.
You Europeans will understand soon enough.

Suburbs started becoming popular right after WW2, not in the 60's.
