I made a quick rundown a few days ago. Overall this had to be made by a Pole because no one else is reading Zychowicz.
My biggest complaints: Piłsudski's political vision. It was more vague than a clear: "ally with them not with them". I think he was just too senile by 1934 though he still had his old political instinct occassionally.
About Hitler and Polish government this is something I'd love to research one of this days. On one hand it was a diplomatic improvement over the Weinar days but at the same time the Nazi government was sending some mixed messages.
