They've been a big thing on Sup Forums for the last few years. You post your 9 favorite animes or whatever in a grid. So far so good, this is exactly the kind of low-effort autism that thrives on imageboards.

Then people will whine that you are supposed to """"rate""" them, so say # of anime you enjoyed/# of anime that you watched (these numbers mean nothing and are just there to give the illusion of discussion and give attention whores some (you)s; go ahead and make them up if you want). So if in someones 9 favorite anime you saw 5 of those and enjoyed 1, say "1/5". Or just bullshit a number he won't know the difference and it inspires the same amount of discussion anyway.

Locate images of various anime you enjoy.
Open Photoshop or the like and make a grid or other shape to arrange them in.
Set the images into the template, with an eye for visual composition.
Show us your work, and give feedback on what others have done.
