Rokka no Yuusha

What went wrong with this show?

I actually thought it was pretty decent. Shame that people wanted to see them fight hideous CG monsters for 12 episodes instead of the mystery shenanigans we got. At the very least, we can all agree that the show provided us with one of the best girls in recent times.

The show was great, people were disappointed because they expected an action show instead of a mystery one.

Bullied best girl. It was also boring.

There is no second season.

It was awesome as a psycholgical mystery with some decent action thrown in. Shame it'll never get a second season, but at least the LNs are coming out in the US soon.

Agreed, the second book was even better than the first.

>Shame that people wanted to see them fight hideous CG monsters for 12 episodes
This will happen in the following volumes.
Goddamit we need Season 2.

Rokka no Sales

The only thing I remember from my time spent watching this was the cat guy in the subs saying "Meowsers"

Only the ending, the genre shift was fantastic.
Nips have trash taste.

It didn't get a second season.

The bait and switch was great. I would have probably dropped it if it was just fantasy action shit. The characters were great and the incredibly confined setting relied entirely on them.

...

Shit taste from nips, and had the disgrace of airing at the same time as Overlord, Shimoneta and Charlotte, which hogged all the attention that season despite being terrible.

At least the LN sales increased, which led to it being licensed.

Kek. The black swordsman dude was fucking hilarious for the sheer amount of NTR that followed him in every seen.

VOL 7 FUCKING WHEN

Fremy is the only good thing out of this shit.

>tripfag

you dont /thread yourself you fag.

>threading yourself

Three reasons to kill yourself.

All 3 were terrible? Yet you fail to see the problems of Rokka no yuusha?

I cam here to post speedwagon

I want to touch her boobs.

[x] Touch fluffy flower

I miss Flemy.

10 episodes of stumbling through the fog.

Best girl was the bad guy, and awfully slow pacing.

10 episodes of fucking nothing

Literally nothing. One of the best shows to come out in a long time, so naturally we will never get any more of it.

It was pretty fucking great.
Pretty much AOTS that summer, maybe tied with Akagami no Shirayukihime

>what went wrong

Too short, it should have at least 24 eps, or another season. Characters were cool, story interesting and mistery behind it well done, but the whole thing was too short.

Audience. I for one enjoyed the whole show and and now waiting for S2.

>fog
mate, it was
BILLIONS OF TINY BLADES

Terrible pacing, animation and characters. Pretentious setting.

Nothing apart from not getting enough sales for 2nd season.

They never made it to the fireworks factory

>BILLIONS OF TINY BLADES
Don't remind me.

I still can't believe I fell for that till the end

As much as I loved 1 season = 1 vol, the show would really gain from showing vol.2. Especially prologue and Fig-fag

They could easily go 24 episodes for 4-5 volumes coverage and people would get
>best girl(male[cat]) Hans fanservice
>best girl Fremy fanservice
>lots of fighting and infightings
>romance
>NTR
>exploding knees
>whorish rabbit outfits
and of course more of
STRONGEST MAN IN THE WORLD powered by loveā„¢

So long as volume 4 only lasts like 2 episodes max. God that volume was painful.

Not enough best boy

nah, vol.3 was worse WHY WON'T YOU REALISE I HAVE MAGICAL TELEPATHIC HELMET ADLET?
As much as I hated cow focus in the vol.4 it was great read with dark specialist gaining personality and individuality, human slaves turned zombies, more world building, some good flashbacks, character development for the group and showing us more of EDGE Adlet.

It was dumb that they left the instruction manual to the shrine where they could find it. Like they couldn't write a way for them to actually solve the mystery, so they had two side characters start digging in a random spot off camera, and they find the master plans.

Also, I think this is the show where one of the characters was named Morea Chesta, and I just burst out laughing at how dumb that was.

I still liked it overall.

S2 never but the author got another adaptation back in the days that was even better so people might want to watch that instead.
