Is it gay to like Josei mangas?

is it gay to like Josei mangas?

>Is it gay
It's always gay.

What components of gayness do Josei manga have?

I've seen markedly less girls (male) in Josei and overall less gay relationships.

Which "josei"? "Josei" as a whole includes everything from various BL to fujoshit to het romance to adventure etc.

No, never.
Only the ones with the genre "Yaoi" are the gay ones.

Okay, maybe you could have some little homolust if there is always some sexy skinny dude but you should think like if you were with some acquantance and both you were getting dressed in the same room, you shouldn't go homo on him nor stare at his body so you don't become a faggot.

It's never gay if you got the right mindset could be the real answer.

No, many Seinen manga are just Shounen that has added edge to be more "mature." You pretty much have to look at Josie if you want more adult read.

Liking anime in general is gay.

like you and your family kill yourself

it isn't gay, it's patrician taste
Talking about gay, why does Lucoa refer to herself with boku?
Quetzalcoatl was a man after all

What kind of adventures do cakes, OLs, onee-chans and all the other older women fantasize about?

...

...

mostly being good at their job, dating/marrying their rich boss, laughing in the face of envious drama as some other women attempt to take their man, nice dresses, going to expensive restaurants, and going on holiday if my experience reading josei is anything to go by.

oh and by the large the relationship with the boss must come about by some heaven preordained accident, such as family debts or official secret wedding decree, meaning they have to work at the relationship but not the whole dating thing to find him in the first place,

the reason I read Josei series is because josei series are from a male perspective inspiring.
The male characters in Josei are usually incredibly inspiring, dignified, and competent business leaders or other successful hard working professionals.
This compares to seinen or shounen series where the male mc is usually a sack of shit on a stick who's ability to walk in a straight line constitutes enough to attract a harem of brain damaged girls with big tits.

Wow, that's depressing yet I can't stop laughing.

Nothing wrong with Josei.

Try looking up the stuff done by Mizutani Fuka, It's cute as fuck.

No

What is that sticking out of the front of her shorts?

It is depressingly cynical. That's why I mostly stick to manga for younger demographics, where I can still find pure love stories.

Tooru's tail
Alma's is sticking out of her butt

tfw projection swings both ways
>Being some loser male somehow pulls 10/10 grils in male-oriented stuff
>Being some everyday salarywoman / plain schoolgril is enough to pull in a 10/10 rich, powerful and handsome motherfucker in female-oriented stuff

We're all doomed together

isn't bl fujoshit though?

But the heroines are usually plain janes without any characteristics that would make them worthy of such accomplished men.

the biggest manga buying audience are the aspirational or escapist, they have to have some form of self insert or they just won't buy it, it can't deviate too far from their comfort zone or personal opinion of how the world works, but also it must make sweeping generalisations and asspulls for the sake of the self insert MC, braindead plain girl with expensive tastes and a bad personality bingo she gets mister rich handsome and successful. shounens apathetic teenage male loser "everyman", hottest girl in school thinks he asked her out so she goes along with it or somehow this or that happens and they get whisked to a magical place,
Hentai, stupid fat ugly smelly old bastards get lots of pretty girls or get to steal them from young men.

Eating lots of yummy expensive foods.

Crying and fucking, usually at the same time.

whats a josei?

Marketed towards an adult female demographic. Actual audience depends on the magazine.

>mangas

Depends, do you identify yourself as female?
If so then yes, if no then you're feminine boy.
