Individual jews, in general, can be good and loyal friends, as I had some in college. The problem, however, is when they form groups.
Take Imperial Germany, for example: many jews who fled persecution in Russia or lack of opportunities in Poland went to Germany. One would expect they'd defend the status quo ferociously but what actually happens is that a group of mostly jewish agitators use that opportunity to further damage the country in one the it's most decisive hours.
