Operation Purple Dragon was a counter intelligence project started to increase operational success in the United States efforts to curb the communists in Vietnam.
The program was successful but only immediately after implementation of the new protocols. So the operation became the countries continuing effort to safeguard it's foreign communication network. All departments of the Administrative branch of the United States Government must follow recommended security protocols of the ever changing Purple Dragon.
