From my understanding, compared to Mexico, Puerto Rico isn't that bad as far as shitskins go. From what I gather, 25% are purely European. 50% are mostly European with some Native blood. The party in power right now is also considered to be conservative, though I'm not 100% sure what their definition of conservative is considering the fact that all of their politics is defined around whether or not they should be a US state.
Not much would change if they were allowed, honestly. In fact, I'd wager that if Mexispics began to head to PR after immigrating to the US, they'd become one of the most anti-immigrant states around, if their opinion of the Dominican Republic is any indication.
