I have done a bit of racemixing myself. After all, I was raised in the same culture as the rest of the country, and values to promote racemixing are heavily forced. But here's the way I had to think on it in the end.
You must not be selfish. You must do what is best for your children.
Because the thing is, if you miscegenate, then in effect you are robbing your future progeny of the 40,000+ years of genetic heritage that was gifted to you by your forebears. You will doom them to a biracial existence. They will forever be of two worlds, but belong to neither. You are front loading them with tremendous challenges that they otherwise would not have to face. They will forever have identity issues because of your choices.
Which may not be the worst thing in the world. Perhaps the culture may change to one more supportive of mixed race people. After all, there are loads of people who already value that.
