Well it wouldnt be a liberal democracy, that's for sure. It'd be a fascist theocracy with large amounts of monumental art and architecture, military and torch light parades, torture chambers and reeducation camps for dissidents, hereditary caste system, arranged marriages, no legal divorce and a lot more
