K-on!

So now that the dust has settled, who sang Fuwa Fuwa time better?

The duet is peak fuwa fuwa

Ultimately, K-ON is a show about failure. The girls try so hard to achieve their dreams, but they just couldn't handle the hard work they needed to do. I'm guessing this is why the show was so popular here to begin with (since most people here are failures).

Husky voice Yui > Mio > Yui

I wish my wife Mugi had more songs.

Yui. She's more suited for the cutesy songs

Mio is the best at everything.

That can't be entirely true, I'm a failure at life, but I didn't enjoy K-ON very much.

I wish they played one of her songs on the show

It's because you admit you're a failure. The people who like K-ON can't do that.

But i'm not a failure user.

>K-ON threads are slow now
Anime really is dying. I wish I could go back in time

Not him but that's fucking deep

I really wish i knew about it when it was on tv.

At least everyone agrees Listen is the best ED

never started season 2 but lately ive been feeling that i must

>Listen
No, thank you.

Was this the saddest scene or 2nd?
It hit me in the feels regardless.

For me the saddest scene was the culture festival where they went up on stage and embarrassed themselves.

>First Watched this right before graduating high school myself
It was by far the saddest

who was better?

This meme again.
Yui joined the club because she had to. She doesn't have a dream to achieve to begin with

>all are black
>Mugi is the narrator

Do you like k-on.

Yes, and i also don't live in my parents basement.

you'd be a very retarded highschool level writer

>This is a thing
I'm glad the internet will never run out of things to surprise me with.

K-on being about failure would imply they ever tried to succeed. K-on is about being content with being a lazy fuck.

Mio because I can't picture Yui singing love songs. I can imagine Mio being the romantic type to feel the way the song describes, but Yui is more fitted for songs like Ichiban Ippai and U&I.

Mio. Hands down every time. Mio is the better vocalist. That's why she's the lead in their future band.

Hikasa Yōko has a very good voice.

Listen >= No, Thank You > Singing! > Don't Say 'Lazy'

>Mio is also Diana in LWA
Why is Yoko always best girl?

>Maria in Symphogear
Can't always be best girl I guess.

>Symphogear
At least it was a shitty series to begin with.

Say whatever you want to about the plot, the music and characters are great.

This is a very stupid interpretation of the show, but I'm glad you made it so prospective watchers know what not to think going in.

>guaranteedreplies.bait

This very much. Mio's "tryhard" voice is more suited to serious or love songs.

That said, no one is more suitable to sing Tokimeki Sugar than Mio. Her voice is a nice and refreshing contrast to the song's cutesy and yet pop-punk feeling.

Wrong. The music videos in the show such as the EDs are actually their official music videos from when they succeed. They even made it to the Budokan, well their 3D versions did anyway.

This.
What they did with OPs and EDs emphasised their difference. Cassette duet was best though.

So I finally decided to give this show a chance and watch it after years of despising moe and it was, OK I guess. I mean I really don't get how something so inoffensive can have such huge both fandom and hatedom.

Mio, obviously.

...

oh KEK look how HUGE mugi is compared to the others

I disagree, I would've preferred Yui to fully sing Fuwa Fuwa time, while Mio got full Fude Pen.

the scene in the movie where they're back from the trip and they're all running on the roof together

Saddest moment was the song for Azusa in 24.

I fucking hated Haruhi and its disgusting artstyle.

Dude, I'm retired at age 29.

Yui

While Mio obviously has a better singing voice, my vote goes for Yui.

She knows she doesn't have a singing voice as good as Mio but she doesn't care, because she sings from her heart and enjoys it.

Those exist already in the History music box.

You do own a physical copy right?

Yui's is cuter, Mio's is better.

...

PAWG

Mio is better and cuter.

What did you think of the live events? I personally loved how Kotobuki Minako was carrying the whole band. Them tasty Mugi solos.

Also, that U&I instrumental still gives me chills. Much better than the OST version. That keyboardist is based as fuck.

When did you realize that K-On was a masterpiece? For me it was "Summer Classes!"

Probably during the Christmas episode in s1

Un-tan or jakka-jan, you can only have one.

The other will haunt you at night.

Their first performance in S1, specifically the part where Yui gets Giita and managed to not fall down while running

Yui's
The only good part of Mio's is when Yui shrieks during the bridge.

Mio of course.
I really shouldn't be in this thread though, because I'm like 8 eps away from finishing
i'll go do that now

everyone dies

I still haven't watched the movie and never will

good you're doing yourself a favor

I cried when I first watched it. I can't rewatch it without getting misty eyed.

I need one, but I've got the mp3's on Google music so I'll never lose them.
