And how many descendants do they need that were slaves, is 1 having been a slave over 6 generations (so 1 out of 12) enough or do you need more? Do you make a difference between the ones having been treated well over the ones treated poorly? How about when they were freed?
And that's ignoring that the average black descended from slaves living in America has it far better then the average black living in Africa. As far as I'm concerned they've already received reparations, they got citizenship in the most prosperous nation on earth and there are hundreds, if not thousands, of charities working specifically to improve their living standards and opportunities.
Plunging them into a newly created nation or state all their own without them having an already established hierarchy, government and knowledge of how to maintain infrastructure would be dooming them to poverty and destruction. It's what happened in the African nations that were ruled by Europeans, they got their independence but had no idea how to run a country and as a result were plunged into hell.
What a surprise, if people have to get up at 6 in the morning to go to work to pay their bills they don't have time to waste on protests over nothing. Suddenly they have houses, cars, kids and everything else that comes with improved finances so they can't afford to lash out or play the victim. They also both learn the value of hard work as they see the results and the resentment of other races having more shrinks as the gap closes.
