A privilege is a set of rights afforded to only one group. The UN human rights charter sets down a list of rights afforded to all humans(let's ignore that they're not enforced). It follows that since Privilege + Penetration = Rape, it has become impossible to have sex and not rape. Also, since they just specify penetration and not a being penetrated or penetrating as defining the rape everyone's getting raped.

If you don't believe that privilege + penetration (sex) is rape then do you think a prison guard having sex with inmates isn't rape? The reason this is considered rape is because is that system a prison guard way has more privilege then a prisoner. This is also why prostitution is illegal as most prostitutes are dirt poor and hence less privilege. In America we seem to follow the privileged exploiting the poor in all but sex related acts.
