Since the guy collapsed on the ground they though they had him and started running away from the scene. turn out the guy survived and years later after the war my relative and the target happened to live in the same housing block. since then everytime the target saw my relative, he moved to the opposite sidewalk and started looking to the ground as he walked pretending that he didn't see my relative. The target moved away after a few months
