Reposting because no one provided real arguments.
I told you blue pilled fanboys this was going to happen.
Assad is not going to get the flawless victory you expected. The Pentagon knows exactly what it's doing. They're already throwing the kurds under the bus. The kurdish elements of the YPG will be drained by the Turkish offensive on Afrin and future offensive on key areas that the kurds will defend to the death while the Arabic element sit back and eventually seize power.
ISIS is pulling a massive coordinated reversal like in 2014. This will be dire for the SAA but not crippling. The Pentagon's objective was never to directly topple Syria because they knew Russia wouldn't allow this to happen. Rather they put Assad and Putin in a significantly compromised position where chunks of his country will go away and he will be forced to surrender his country's long term stability to Israel like Lebanon.
Also don't be deluded enough to think Erdomeme will not be successful in his offensive. The kurds have no support from anyone whatsoever and Turkey has a massive, fresh and the third best army in the middle east. Meme all you want but these are easily verifiable facts. I'm not a roach I'm just realistic here.

Erdogan about to attack Afrin probably within the week or two. He has pretty much been given the green light concerning Afrin though the Kurds have been moving more fighters to the region.
Shit is about to go down with Turkish FSA invading finally, soon.

also remember the cnn fake news corespondents in idlib? here is their report hooktube.com/viundjxEQu8
Carter Adams
Apparently he will invade Afrin at any moment, that's what he said anyway.
Ryan Kelly
Wait, there is US military personnel in Afrin or only in Manjib? What if Erdogan allied with Putin and Assad and decided to care about YPG in exchange for juicy economical post-war agreement, even if it means firing on US personnel?
Sebastian Martinez
>safe space mentioned Bomb it to dust
Joshua Price
The more i see the way these aspies conduct themselves the more I wish the sednaya stories were real.
Eli Martinez
No US personnel in Afrin, atleast officially.
Charles Sanchez
Stop fantasizing ffs. What if putim dies of heart attack and Trump is voted president of Russia?
Jaxon Ortiz
Seriously, the SAA and the rebels in general are so inept you would think they are AIs from a Total War game
Daniel Turner
But surely there is a lot in Manjib, and that's the next step of the operation
Samuel Russell
Turks ain't going to Manbij now, Afrin is the current target. Unless Kurds attack from Afrin (which they have threatened to do), then things will get very interesting. US probably telling the Kurds not to intervene from Manbij.
Several people are saying that Russia is not likely to allow a Roach invasion of Afrin.
Caleb Hall
well kurds are gearing up from manbij would that give turks excuse to wreack their shit east
what capacity is even turkish army?
Jackson Baker
Did it ever occur to you, that RTS games actually do teach basic skills and understanding of tactics and strategy regarding war? Skills these retards may not have
Ayden Cruz
Nah. Russia will probably let it happen but prevent Turkey from winning too fast. The longer theses two kill each other without winning the bettet
Oliver Martinez
None in Afrin, that's where the Russians are.
Gabriel Taylor
well they werent trained by nato professionals like isis was
Christopher Reed
do you have stories of the iraq iran war?
Ryder Perry
The articles you linked are pure speculation and both authors are pro-Kurd shills who specialize in "Kurdish studies" and work for leftist media
Aiden Richardson
>fantasizing Erdogan aim is only influence in the region, not actually map painting like in a game. His relations with Russia at this point are better than the relations with Trump. What's the point of overthrowing Assad if he can strike a deal that permits him to economically conquer Syria like he has done in the bulk of land next to his border He needs to take care of YPG on the border, not only in Afrin exclave, and this means losing US.
Parker White
>women in army this is irl twilight zone we live in
Christopher Roberts
Turkish Army will be on a logistical and air support role, while their own rebels do the heavy lifting with equipment provided. They didn't do really well the last time when they tried to take Al-Bab so we'll see how they will do now after having had time to consolidate and train their forces more instead of being just a gathered up rebel army.
And yeah, the Turks could go to Manbij too but I think they will be fine with Afrin now. It honestly depends what the Kurds in Manbij will do when the Afrin operation starts. If they attack the Turkish FSA from the eastern side, then there will be huge escalation, which the US doesn't want and is most likely telling them not to attack the TFSA from the Manbij side.
Jaxson Perez
they play with a Soviet roster vs easy Japanese AI
Brayden Young
checked. who's docunt?
Luis Perez
>Implying they're actual IDF troops Eastern European models, probably Ukrainian in most cases
Adam Davis
>they'll be fine with Afrin They're moving against YPG because US wants to arm a SDF "border patrol". Afrin isn't part of that, so moving only against that is useless
Parker Carter
I know, but you would think soldiers or veteran of a 7 year war would know the basics
Matthew Rivera
>fsa >incapable to fight properly how unexpected who is even euphrates shield fsa, which ethnicity, religion, position?
i really hope kurds are retarded enough to attack from manbij so erdogan mows over kurdistan- they are a tumor that needs to be eradicated asap
Julian Gray
>soldiers or veteran of a 7 year war that's where you're wrong, gamin
Gabriel Lewis
its cancer regardless something no civilized society should tolerate - women should never go to army or fight in wars - period
Nathan Anderson
The Turks have only been speaking about Afrin lately with Manbij more of a future objective. They even seeked permission from the US to attack Afrin and they just said that they dun care what happens in Afrin.
I mean, we can only speculate. But all the signs point towards an Afrin only operation. Besides, if the Kurds get provoked by it from Manbij, then the Turks get more reason to assault Manbij too. I wouldn't be surprised that the Turks are seeking a reason to attack Manbij as well on a quicker timetable than always going to the US for permission.
