How defenseless are we talking here? "Took the orange barrel off of an airsoft gun and pointed it at the policeman" defenseless or "was just standing around" defenseless?

Or are we talking "Came to the door holding a Wii controller that was black" Innocent. Or "Was flashbang'd while napping in the crib when police raided the wrong house"

Mostly because if we're being honest about it, the Justice system is corrupt, essentially as the corrupt as the cops it protects.

Depends. If the child is, like, 3 weeks old it probably isn't an imminent threat to the Officer that warrants deadly force. A simple tase would be more appropriate.
