"Both the Agni-V and Agni-VI will feature increased accuracy and and a reduced launch time, which, paired with India’s burgeoning MaRV and MIRV capability, can have a destabilizing effect on the overall strategic balance in the region."
The reason why the USA does not "update" it's launch systems is simply because doing so would make it vulnerable to cybernetic warfare. India's new and improved missiles will be rendered harmless via malware before the first strike is launched.
India is not full of thieving Chinks like America is. There are plenty of ways to isolate your critical systems from some Malware intrusion. Not updating your systems for the fear of Malware only applies to chink infested America.

Governments release malware onto the net and it hits everything it touches. It's programmed to only activate when it finds it's target.
Almost guarantee you have the American malware called "Stuxnet" on your PC right now. It's dormant though because your PC isn't a uranium centrifuge.
Jackson Moore
And an Indian Missile is not going to run of off a PC either. They have the capacity to develop dedicated computer hardware for the missiles and probably do it too.
Carter Diaz
You're comparing personal computers to missile launching systems. Also, Pretty sure those guys are more intelligent than the average Microsoft tech support.
James Ward
Stuxnet managed to get into Iranian nuclear facility programmable logic controllers. Which pretty much any industrial setting uses.
Noah Rivera
That was because the control panel used had a security flaw which the American exploited. That was pretty basic in nature. Hard to find such exploits on military grade equipment which is mostly off the grid.
As I said....India can manufacture its own hardware.

Nuclear labs vs military missile launch system?
Robert Campbell
Who cares? India will likely be anti China should ww3 erupt.
Daniel Cruz
Should we start the autistic screeching about how India is threatening the US and world peace by test-firing missiles, impose crippling sanctions, and insult/threaten them until they give up their weapons? Or does India already have a Jewish central bank?
They are catching up to North Korean levels. Better wipe India out before we get poo HABBENINGS.

I remember reading about some big fake rock that the Iranians found outside the nuclear facility that was in reality a transmitter. This was shortly after Stuxnet was discovered and the damage was done. Then I read this: >"The F-35 uses this mechanism to send sensor data between aircraft in order to provide a synthetic picture of higher resolution and range than any one radar could generate. In 2007, tests by Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and L-3 Communications enabled the AESA system of a Raptor to act like a WiFi access point, able to transmit data at 548 megabits per second and receive at gigabit speed; this is far faster than the Link 16 system used by US and allied aircraft, which transfers data at just over 1 Mbit/s.[11] To achieve these high data rates requires a highly directional antenna which AESA provides but which precludes reception by other units not within the antennas beamwidth, whereas like most Wi-Fi designs, Link-16 transmits its signal omni-directionally to ensure all units within range can receive the data."

Turns out these PLC were not so secure as we were taught at school after all lol. I have siemens compatible one here, I can remotely overwrite it through an exploit

>thinks an ICBM designer would allow any semblance of outside connectivity near.
These missiles are passively guided, no gps, no outside system telling the missile anything.
they are self-contained systems, inertial guidance, star guidance.
hell if they are smart they aren't even using electronic processors, too vulnerable to EMPs.
Vacuum tubes are the way to go.

who cares? you know there won't be a toilet on that thing!
