Comey (bad guy) had to be sacrificed for the deep state. Rosenstein (bad guy) wrote the letter to Trump to get him to fire Comey. As soon as Comey was fired, Rosenstein was ready to go with Mueller and he used the firing of Comey as justification.
Why do this? Because a) they needed a special counsel to go after Trump and stall things, and b) Mueller was protection.
Rosenstein's job wasn't safe before Mueller. Rosenstein's corruption could easily get him fired. By having Mueller, Rosenstein became protected because he is overseeing Mueller since sessions recused himself. The left has actually DEMANDED that Mueller AND rosenstein be protected. How often does the left insist on republicans being protected???
Mueller keeps Rosenstein safe, Rosenstein keeps Mueller safe, and they steer everything away from Comey and Hillary and Obama, etc.
