Student campuses were a mistake. Too many retards going to uni to do retard degrees. An investment in good old fashioned apprenticeships would be a good start. I started on a building site the day after my final GCSE. Did me good and served me well. I knew people at the age of 24/25 that had been to uni and still hadn't worked a day in their life. I just tell you my short life story, my short experience.
I always thought I was the manchild when I looked around myself, my friends, classmates, family members of the same age etc. Everybody was telling me to "grow up" finally since I've been in early teenage years. I didn't like, I thought I am not that small kid and I wanted to behave as I should behave for my years. But I didn't have girlfriend for a long time, I didn't have sex for long time, I didn't like to take responsibility, I didn't participate in many typical youth activities etc. But I went on and on and I eventually finished the studies, got a girlfriend and now when I am 25 I feel like it's my responsibility to have a family and have a proper job and I am actually liking it. I like the prospect of being adult, of moving my life somewhere else, to the "being responsible" part and having a stable base somewhere.
But my friends, those who felt very adult when they were 15 and younger. Those who wanted to change things when they were 18, who thought the world belong to them? Well, they are stuck somewhere between doing shitty non-stable jobs and NEETing at home, their relationships eventually all went into trash, they are 25 and they just started to be manchildren, like in that stupid 90s TV show (you know which one).
And what I find the most ridiculous is that they DO NOT WANT to move forwards. They don't. They want to stay children, they see it as a save spot in their lifes. Why to take responsibilities when they had enough of them during growing up? They want to be children again and forever.
