the only arc that i hated was fishman island. good the flashbacks in it are greate, other =wise it would be unbearable. dressrosa dragged on a bit so it's one of my least favorite arcs. the rest is perfect though.

No. Caesar is a monster. An actual killer with no redeeming qualities and no tragic back history to excuse his evil. Other then his usefulness, he isn't worthy of keeping around for very much longer.
