Therefore it is the synthesis of both chaos and order that makes for a well-balanced human being. Since chaos is the natural state of being, the creation of order requires more attention, which is why he focuses on it so much.

He doesn't preach against chaos, he states that chaos is were potential lies. He preaches about balancing chaos and order to achieve an equilibrium that allows to harvest the potential of chaos without being consumed by it.
Chaos is just a word though, and his case I think he's referering to the slow dissolution of "western values" to which his antidote seems to be Christian values, which is what caused the downfall to begin with. Actually not even that's true, it's Christianity coupled with Ango/Jew domination, that is unfolding the consequences of its values. So his solution in a way doesn't even make sense, it is what is already happening.
