Is this what the authorities are telling us happened? Stephen Paddock checks into Mandalay Bay on 9/25. Parks his car full of weapons, ammo and explosives in the garage. Hangs out in his room for 5 days planning the attack. Gambles a little in the casino. Not with anyone this time or the 199 other times he’s seen on camera in Vegas. Complains to the hotel about a room below him being too loud. On the night of Oct 1 an open door on the 32nd floor triggers an alarm. Jesus Campos is sent to investigate. He can’t access 32nd floor because the door to the stairwell is bolted shut. When he eventually gets to the 32nd floor hears drilling coming from Paddock’s room. As the door to the stairway closes, Paddock is suddenly triggered and opens fire down the hallway. Camposis hit in the leg. Stephen Schuck arrives just before 200 rounds are being fired out of Paddock’s room down the hall. The wound to Campos is the only round out of 200 that hits anyone. Both Schuck and Campos radio about a shooter but neither mention Campos has been shot. Paddock begins to unload round after round on the concert. At some point during the shooting Paddock broke a second window and fired rounds at the fuel tanks. After 10 minutes of shooting, he suddenly stops despite having thousands of more rounds of ammo in the room and a car full of explosives. The LVMPD arrives on the 32nd floor as Paddock ends his shooting spree. 1 hour and 3 minutes after officers arrive on the 32nd floor, Paddock’s room is breached where he is found dead. Lone wolf shooter who snapped then killed himself. What am I missing?

This is a "Dead Drop". The government does it all the time. The thing with a Dead Drop or DD, is that they are impossible to prove. That's why the government prefers them. They assume that average citizens (could never in a million years imagine the government doing something as fucked up as a DD). The government and operatives that do this stuff, count on the hive mentality of people to point at anyone who say's what I'm saying and say "look an idiot conspiracy theorist, there is no way the government could do that". Oh they love people that say that.
Basically, this is what a "Dead Drop" or DD is: The government (FBI, DEA, CIA, NSA) Normally the CIA or NSA, kill someone, or find someone who has already died or deceased, it could be someone who died locally or not local, and it can be a local person or someone who is not local. Ever hear people say (so and so never touched a gun, I had no idea they would do this, it doesn't sound like them at all), that's probably cause their fucking right. They take that body to wherever it is they want it, shoot it a few times, place prints all over everything using the hand on the dead body, and that's it. You can now say that the assailant (or dead body) was doing whatever you want to say that they were doing (fill in the blank), and that in order to stop them you had to shoot them.
It is completely reasonable to think that there were multiple shooters in this guys room shooting into the crowd (while the guy everyone is blaming was already lying behind them dead on the floor). This was an attempt by some very powerful people to enact a gun grab. Think about it

I suppose technically it could be, but they are literally taking the body of either someone THEY killed either out of town or locally, or the body of someone ALREADY DEAD again either locally or not local, and dropping it at the scene of the crime. Hence the name Dead Drop. It's not coming from me, but other people I've spoken with about this particular event, my uncle worked in Counter Intel for the Army for about 13 years, and he also referred to something like this as a Dead Drop.
