literally saving anime one episode at a time.

This episode was fucking great

Poor Denki, he only appears to be bullied since episode 2.

Also it seems like Namida and Wasabi are slowly joining the main cast little by little but Iwabe, Metal, and Inojin disappeared.

Why was the animation so weirdly high level in this episode?

Good episode, but I'm disappointed, because the best girl (boy) Inojin wasn't involved this week, and we know that the next two weeks will mostly be Hyuga/eyehax related, so she (he) probably won't be in those either.

I like that they got a small clue about the possession thingy this week, it feels a little scooby-dooish. I wish Mitsuki would actually say or do something instead of just following them around and reporting to snake-kun.

Denki a shit

I love Kakashi so much

>it feels a little scooby-dooish

I had that exact thought when they were walking in halls. Maybe its because Sarada reminds me of Velma.

Christ, could you have picked a worse OP image?

Denki a good boi

This was actually a really good episode. Both funny and tense. Like, that was some Perfect Blue stalking shit going on

Next week we finally get more Himawari.

>Boruto thinks he has the Byakugan and starts going god complex

Oh boy

Class Rep-chan just wanted to be saved by Boruto and be alone with him but Mitsuki was being a third wheel the entire time.

I'm really starting to warm up to Boruto as a character. He has the same dramatic flair Naruto had very early on and abandoned almost immediately. You can see it a bit in the movie too, with his chuuni poses ripped right out of a bad sentai series.

I thought she wants Inojin's shota cock.

>/r9k/ episode
Is SP /ourstudio/?

>Ninja Elliot Rogers

So how much of the story did the novel cover? The spoiler released two weeks ago told us about things that happened (mostly Shino related) and other things that haven't been seen yet (Sumire's parentage and the 3rd moon boy).

I assumed it was up to ep 6 but I guess I was wrong.

They do sit next to each other in class, maybe he draws the two of them doing lewd things.

Everyone assumed episode 6 was the end from the title. But I'm pretty sure the novel covers further. We'll just have to wait and see.

I feel for /r9k/-kun. The only thing worse than a slut is a slut with standards.

Obviously they are not adapted by SP

Chuuni episode next week!
yep
then he gonna get schooled Hyuuga style

more people should strike sentai poses

I liked the way the episode implied Chocho liked Stalker-kun. Usually series like these spell everything out.

Mitsuki is not gonna let some Deviantart-tier OC encroach on his territory.

>Maybe its because Sarada reminds me of Velma
Someone should draw them in each other's outfits.

It was surprisingly subtle, especially from Chouchou.

Chocho is for Mitsuki not for some villain of the week we'll never see again.

I don't even know what Chouchou is for at this point. Girl's an enigma.

Daily reminder

Sasuke >>> Naruto

Sakura > Hinata

PERFECTION

I'm not watching the anime. They interact at all?

If Sarada is Velma then who are the rest?

youtube.com/watch?v=MV_3Dpw-BRY
Ninja Beta uprising when?

>people are being okay with fat negroids

What happened to Sup Forums

No, seriously, why was the art so good in this episode?

No Mitsuki is for Boruto.

>she see your dick

They had funny interactions in Sarada's side story and ChouChou thinks he has a crush on her but he just thinks she is interesting and she thinks he (and Orochimaru) are weird.

If it does end up being canon it wouldn't be surprising but it wouldn't be obvious at this point.

I don't remember if they've interacted yet in the anime, and the anime is mostly filler at this point anyway, but in the manga they've interacted, and I believe Chocho's indicated she finds him cute or something.

This is bait

Not really.

Her mom's pretty hot so I'm sure she'd be cute if she lost some weight.

Didn't Chouji have some kind of Super Saiyan mode where he slimmed down? Wonder if she can pull that off.

She literally said he's not her type in the episode he was introduced in. it was one of the OC Anime girls that said he was cute.

scared HAWAWAWAWA is cute

iirc SP doing still frames while outsourcing the rest of it.
because she isn't written by western cuck SJWs

>I believe Chocho's indicated she finds him cute or something.

It's actually the opposite (she says he isn't her type in episode 5 too) but she thinks he is into her.

Actually really liked the episode,
Cho Cho was really funny and interesting. Boruto doesn't feel like Naruto at all anymore, and he actually feels like a nice character when he isn't busy whining about his father, Sarada needs to do something on the front lines, but we already know how important she's going to be, so it's alright if they take the current time building others up instead.

Boruto is Fred, Shikadai is Shaggy, Sumire is Daphnie and Chouchou is Scooby.

>iirc SP doing still frames while outsourcing the rest of it.
But the regular animation was good too. When /r9k/-kun was ranting on the roof, there was that one cut that had a lot of smooth movement

Reminds me that this series can be great when it wants to.

Burrito was amazingly cute this episode.

My first thought when I read that was that they were definitely going to be a pairing and that she's just being tsundere, but who knows.

No, it's bort

Does that mean Mitsuki is scrappy?

I want to adopt Bort

Yeah, especially in the final scene where he draws the chakra monster

I'm just surprised at how good the chemistry between characters is at times. Take Boruto and Shikadai for example.

Bolt managed to become more likable and interesting in 7 episodes than Naruto ever was

Mitsuki's reaction killed me.

She's not tsundere, just retarded.

>Students in art class
>Drawing busts of Hokages
>It's highly possible Sarada had to do one of Tobirama

Finally we get some Uzumaki family in the next episode. DESU I'm loving the new generation but I'm still itching to see how the adult cast is doing

Can someone go back and rewatch to see which one she got?

It's an in-house episode with good staff, and it wasn't rushed either. Top in-house animator Chengxi Huang and freelance animator Ken'ichi Fujisawa did key animation today, both of them did the best scenes in the first episode as well. Huang probably did the scene with the ninja stalker sperging out on the rooftop before going invisible to attack while Fujisawa did the part where Boruto and Shikadai were dodging the kunai thrown by the stalker.

>Tfw you watched kamen rider kiva expecting to be a decent show
>everyone in it is a giant cuck

holy shit wa kiva so fucking disappointing like wtf were the writers smoking?

This so much, I'm amazed how well all characters blend together. You don't have some Hinata-esque who can only think about someone's cock.

Their episode is getting closer.

>Chengxi Huang
This sounds like Chinese name rather than Japanese, are Chinese involved in creation of Boruto?

Boruto is not for lewd

I tried to see, but it's kinda confusing, you can only see the back of the head, and I'm not sure whether the bust was on their table or someone behind them. I think it was Minato's though.

Yeah, he's Chinese. And damn talented. The incredible Boruto vs. Kawaki scene in the first episode was all him.

You should be able to tell by how spiky the hair is.

I think he's the only in-house Chinese staff at the studio, he moved to Japan several years ago. Other than that, any foreign names you see are likely to be from subcontractors that may be located overseas. Anyway, he's the only notable foreigner to do key animation for the series so far.

There's an interview about him if you're curious.

>, both of them did the best scenes in the first episode as well.
That would explain it

Kiva was considered the worst for a long time. You should have checked some general opinions before going in

>Mitsuki's reaction killed me.
Someone please post screen of that scene, Shikadai had nice face as well.

So, get this. Years down the road, when the story starts to really pick up and things get serious, we'll actually care about the motivations of characters and their relationships to each other because of episodes like today's.

PO

Try that from 8:14

>youtube
oh jesus

He's blown away by Boruto's artistic genius.

Well I couldn't really decide who was it, so I had to link you to a safe site to find something.

>Youtube
NO

I looked, there's nothing. You never see the bust Sarada is drawing.

9000 hours on ms paint etc

It fucking fits. By episode 10 they'll literally be looking for ghosts

Enjoy exploiting this.

inb4 ur a faget.jpg

I was expecting a dickbutt first but that works too

>daddy naruto doing oiroke no jutsu

Yeah I won't feel like the team is being overdramatic over the fact that I didn't really see them interact longer than, say, one big mission, one survival mission and then nothing else

someone edit with Sasuke killing Sakura

So from Japanese Twitter:
"チョウチョウちゃん可愛い"
"チョウチョウいい女"
"チョウチョウ美人"
She was even trending on twitter.

What's with Bolt's reaction to love confessions? Is he perhaps hiding something?

You know I've been wondering why some people are shitting on Boruto saying he's not different than Naruto but from what we've seen so far, Boruto's actually really cool unlike Naruto who was an obnoxious brat. He seems like a really dependable guy.

>チョウチョウ美人

In-house. That's why.

Wow, stuff like this makes me smile. I picked ChouChou as my favorite before the series started and I thought she was just going to be ignored.
