Which is, of course, the standard / orthodox interpretation of QM. And while there are shades of this here and there (the "mist of probability" from which Yuuko renamed Kasumi) MLA specifically adheres to Everett's interpretation, where the measurement process and wavefunction collapse doesn't enter into, instead treating each eigenstate of the chosen basis as a separate, but nonetheless, real world.
Fine, I can accept dialetheias from a meta-perspective (treating the Everett worlds as a bundle) but not from a perspective within each world, which is the one I have been using. And fucking Kouki, having his Everett eigenstates interact destroys the orthonormality of his chosen basis, whatever it is.

But if eigenstates interact with each other, this means, that they are actually NOT collapsed into states yet, but are actually really in a superposition, because interference is not possible in collapsed states. Isn't that why Yuuko says "choosing the best possible world"? While all possible worlds exist, it is the world that they are conscious of that which they choose. So while their memories also exist in the other world, they are conscious of this certain world.
But we should not think to much stuff like this about works of fiction,
