Literally no reason to not have a CR sub at this point. Mow some old guy's lawn for $20 and you can watch anime for 3 months. Offer to blow him in the winter for $50 and you only have to do it once a year.

Unpack.
Go to "installer" folder and run "configure-opengl-hq.bat" if your PC is not from 2004.
That's about it for the basic config.
MPC-BE + madvr, PotPlayer + madvr or mpv if you're willing to spend a bit of time tuning the config (or copy-paste some configs from Sup Forums).
