Destroy all citizenship benefits for welfare recipients:
- Remove the ability for welfare recipients to vote. This will remove the conflict of interest. It will severely hinder the Democratic party and the subhuman trash that it tends to create and perpetuate. It will also allow for /ourguys/ to get some good immigration reform in that will stop the foreign subhuman trash from coming in.

To deal with GLOBAL population issues you need to really look at 3-4 key zones. China, India, African, and to an extent South America. China and India just need a good old plague or exterminatus to junk half their populations which would lower the global amount by nearly 25%.

Africa and South America would require ceasing foreign aid and just letting the overpopulation sort itself out over a few years. This would also have the effect of uplifting current families who would no longer be burdened by NGO's and Foreign Aid destabilizing their economies and their population would even out.
