I honestly don't have an answer for that. While the 3D is crude, I still feel it adds a level of charm to it. It's not a big budget thing, more like a home project of love.

And like my city's zoo is mad ghetto, it was pretty fun to see some animals and shit like I was in one of those Dave Attenborough things, but damn it was kind of depressing how run down the place was.
