He constantly makes personal attacks against people he works with, tries to excuse them as just jokes, and then repeats them unironicly whenever they finally have enough and decide to break ties with him. He even doxxed a childhood friend over a business dispute.

Yeah, we have to stick by our principles, but being “right” all the time is less important than building a strong community. We’re building a political movement, not a YouTube debate club.
