Hinduism is the oldest organized religion in the world. It is the Sanatana Dharma, the Eternal Law. It has no known origin and no founders - it is a synthesis of various Indian cultures and practices from as early as 4000 BCE. Hinduism differs from Christianity and other Abrahamic religions in that it does not have:
>A single concept of deity,
>A single holy text,
>A single system of morality,
>A central religious authority,
>The concept of a prophet.
Hinduism is neither polytheistic, monotheistic, trinitarian or henotheistic, yet it is all at the same time.
The development of Hinduism was influenced by many invasions over thousands of years. The major influences occurred when light-skinned, nomadic "Aryan" Indo-European tribes invaded Northern India (circa 1500 BCE) from the steppes of Russia and Central Asia. They brought with them their religion of Vedism. These beliefs mingled with the more advanced, indigenous Indian native beliefs, often called the "Indus valley culture."
>Rulers will become unreasonable: they will levy taxes unfairly. >Rulers will no longer see it as their duty to promote spirituality, or to protect their subjects: they will become a danger to the world. >People will start migrating, seeking countries where wheat and barley form the staple food source. >At the end of Kali-yuga, when there exist no topics on the subject of God, even at the residences of so-called saints and respectable gentlemen of the three higher varnas [temperament] and when nothing is known of the techniques of sacrifice, even by word, at that time the Lord will appear as the supreme chastiser.
Kali Yuga with regard to human relationships
>Avarice and wrath will be common. Humans will openly display animosity towards each other. Ignorance of dharma will occur. >People will have thoughts of murder with no justification and will see nothing wrong in that. >Lust will be viewed as socially acceptable and sexual intercourse will be seen as the central requirement of life. >Sin will increase exponentially, while virtue will fade and cease to flourish. >People will take vows and break them soon after. >People will become addicted to intoxicating drinks and drugs. >Teachers will no longer be respected and their students will attempt to injure them. Their teachings will be insulted, and followers of Kama(lust) will wrest control of the mind from all human beings.
What reading would you suggest after finishing the Gita? I am currently making my way through A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada's As It Is edition of the book.

James Stewart
then why the fuck are you trying to spread your religion if you can not convert?
Austin Turner
You can still incorporate the tenants into your life, eastern religions are more of a way life rather than Abrahamic religion which only understand power and a universal culture
Camden Sullivan
>power
yea, i agree, all comes down to that
you thinking in emigrating bro? just curious
Luis Torres
My dot doesn't wash off.
Camden Morgan
Seems rather fucking pointless to introduce tenets you cant convert to. Why bother joining a tradition when you'll be a second-class citizen of it forever? Stupid and a waste of time, if I want to call myself a Hindu and practice I'll do so, and if anyone has a problem with it I'll beat their stupid face in, fuck you and your stupid rules. Just as faggoty and retarded as Christianity at that point. At least they let people in. Fuck you.
Thomas Young
What? You don't understand Hinduism or religion if you think it's some kind of club

Everyone can achieve it, and it's the Abrahamic obsession with death and after life that makes you ask this question, does it matter if someone has achieved it? Do you do everything in your life to further the universe or to escape this cycle?
Jonathan Harris
>I make these threads to improve the quality of the board ahh yess , I can see that , you have gloriously improved the quality of Sup Forums , knowing the fact that it is infested by wh*te subhumans.

John Thompson
How long did it take them to find Jewish connections? Who are these super-sleuths?
John Mitchell
We already knew Trump wasn't Hitler and tbqh most Americans understand they can't get away from the Jewish influence without electing Hitler so it's quite understandable and the last time I visited /india it was filled with lower quality porn i dont know where you come from, and secondly their shilling for Trump isn't the point, it's having real political discussion and not making this place /b, the Shitposting should improve you and not be part of a circle jerk in the name of political discussion

>Heresy >Along with: Catholics, protestants who incorporate catholic influences. Islam, buddhism, jehovas witnesses, mormons. Once Saved Always Saved Advocates. All shall be cast into fiery pits of hell together with all idolatry, sinners and people who do not repent. This includes the jews who deny the only begotten son of god. The popes will burn there too, and I assure you that the popes of the past who did not repent also burn there right now.
Religion as a concept is the definition of heresy. For it is used or evil rather than good.
Churches will burn in hell too (the ones who corrupt the scriptures). They were never intended as they are today (water baptism for infants etc), along with those satanic depictions of jesus.
Pic related is also heresy. The devil is a withered ugly thing of a being cast from grace for his sins and for his pride. Not some strong man with big muscles standing a chance. It will take only one single angel to lift him and place him in hell to burn forever in agony (a angel mind you, not god, not jesus. A angel has more power than the rotten being of satan). Weak he is, relying solely on lies and deception which is his only thing he has to use to corrupt the flesh. And Jesus is depicted with effeminate things. Which he certainly is not.
In these apostate days, the churches cannot really be trusted. Get a bible, and search the scriptures. Preach the gospel and do every effort to not sin.
Search the scriptures, especially jews for you are even more so on a road to hell. Pick up the new testament and see for yourself. Every prophecy that god gave you in the old testament that talks about the messiah was fulfilled. But in your vain perceptions you rely on man-made traditions sprung from the scriptures of old, and your rabbis rather would have it the old ways to try to justify respect and glory to themselves rather than to god.

Why should we try to achieve moksha when the Samsara seems much more interesting?
Daniel Torres
this is true, the devil will be cast into hell by God and tortured there just like all sinners who do not believe in Jesus Christ. The only reason he isnt there yet is because the devil is allowed to be free for now, God is allmighty.
Jaxon Phillips
You know, India would have a lot of potential, if you would try to stop imitating the West, and instead did your own thing completely. Sadly I don't think strong enough characters exist in India to do such a thing so you will always at best be a worse version of the West.
Grayson Barnes
Samsara = permanent suffering (on a cosmic scale) , moksha = ultimate red pill , literally defeating your own nature and transcending it (on a cosmic scale) Preferring Samsara over Moksha is like enjoying living in the Matrix (living a lie).
Jeremiah Collins
Looked into hinduism and was suprised how much it matches with the cosmic knowledge i gained from DMT. Its closer to the truth then any other religion. Without the local flavour hinduism would make a great template for a new global spiritualism.
Julian Moore
>all the things mentioned in the so-called Kali-Yuga
Tell me when humans haven't behaved like that. Tell me when men weren't greedy. Peoples always migrated, since the dawn of time. Rules have always been unreasonable, and have always used spirituality as a mean of government. Humans have always displayed animosity: war and riots have always existed. Vows-breaking, too, is a typical human hobby since the beginning of the human race. Drinks and drugs have always been used, their intoxicating properties have always been well-known.
Conclusion: when you speak of a time when all of these things didn't happen, you are talking of a world that never existed. No prob tho, the myth of a Golden Age exists in many mythologies. It's probably linked to the fact that sometimes human get pissed of all the shit happening, and dream about a world where the aforementioned shit doesn't exist.
Oliver Gonzalez
Thanks for making these threads
Liam Foster
We have a tendency to automatically assume that it'd be an upgrade to transcend the realm of causality and consequently its cycles of death and rebirth, based on the premise that the "Matrix" is bad because there's suffering in it.
We might be wrong though, in which case moksha would simply mean absence of being (the ultimate death).
Levi Thomas

Ive always found it hilarious that Modern day Indians follow an Ancient White Aryan religion which considers dark skin people (Most Modern Indians) less than human, Do Indians even know that dark skins are hated in Hinduism?
>"O'er Sire and Mother they have roared in unison bright with the verse of praise, burning up riteless men, Blowing away with supernatural might from earth and from the heavens THE SWARTHY SKIN WHICH INDRA HATES." Soma Pavamana - 9.73.5
Gabriel Morales
Imagine you live in a world which was created by a higher entity, and in which you are limited (by default and by construction). Can you understand that you are living in such a world (transcend your own universe)? And can you continue living on once you realize that you do?
The answer to both is: it might be possible to transcend your own universe and you can never continue living on normally (as part of the "game") once you truly realize it because living a lie is not possible for a truly and completely honest human being. Being completely honest (to yourself) is the first step to transcending yourself , so somebody that achieves that high level of consciousness will never ever see the cycle of rebirth as a good thing.
left-wing right-wing are outdated ideas
Connor Peterson
Havent looked much into Buddism. Does it also have a conecpt of The Source (Brahman) and the Brahman/Atman analogy?
Nolan Jenkins
>omit the part where indra is referred to as an Asura They are but sadly the choices we are left with
Zachary Brown
Tbqh I don't know all that much about Buddism, but from what I understand it has the concept of atman but not a clear concept of Brahman.
Wyatt Nelson
The caste system was the right approach, a modern, updated version of it would do you wonders.
Anthony Clark
Yes, we'd start flooding the streets with human shit in no time
Camden Moore
The original caste system or varna system is what we require, the current system is just another version of slave master relationship but it should be just a social system
Robert Martin
The cycle is neither good or bad. You can compare the relation of this simulation to the out-simulation existence quite well with the relation of a MMO/World of Warcraft to this simulation. Only that you are completly immersed here while being aware that you are not the Character in WoW. Its fun to play WoW but at some point youve seen everything and would want to log out. In WoW compared to this simulation you have less possibilitys of interaction and a lesser amount of information overall. Just like from this simulation to the out-simulation. Just like you wouldnt care that your WoW Char has to battle and in a way suffer his whole existance its meaningless for your out-simulation self that you suffer here. Its part of the game and its core feature.
Trough the fractal nature of existance the Simulation inside a Simulation inside a Simulation makes lot of sense. Its a repeating pattern with a rising amout of interaction and information in every level.
Angel Smith
Perhaps this world was created by a higher entity for a good reason. Perhaps "lie" is nothing but a negative judgement of life derived from our own inability to deal with such limitations. Can we even imagine a life without limitations, least of all yearn for it? That life would be indistinguishable from death.
Likewise, the honest human being you talk about is entirely dependent upon the existence of "dishonesty" to perceive himself as such. If he's truly honest, then he'd come to the realization that transcending the conditions which allow his honest self would be the annihilation of the self, and to will it is nihilism.

Vedas are atleast 10,000 years old, the aryan migration happened around 5000 years ago, secondly i'm what you consider the definition of Aryan North Indian and high caste but still i understand it doesn't mean what you think
Easton Nguyen
Vedic scriptures do not belong to India you are Hindu because you are Aryan look into Vedic archaeological remains in the grand canyon tombs. The Vedas are scriptures handed down from Atlantis it was the global "religion" which is weird to say because it is really not a religion it was based on science and how to know the one true God the source all of this can be proven CONCLUSIVELY btw do not listen to low caste pajeets try to tell you what any of this means.
