Lower birth rates are a byproduct of a more affluent society, higher IQ, higher standard of living. The only way is to keep the nonwhites out, confine them to their homelands where they will continue to have high birth rates and go nowhere as countries. Bringing in foreigners from high birth rate countries is literally making whites a victim of our own success as a people, and that's the idea I would like to see go mainstream.
