I've seen everyone write it as セルリアン so I'm pretty sure the intended spelling really is Cerulean. Also, even if their subs have some errors, Crunchyroll probably has it right as Cerulean since they're a sponsor or whatever. If they thought to change Bag to Kaban for proper naming, then they probably would have changed Cerulean to something else if it really was wrong. I don't know.

There is shockingly not a large selection of animals they haven't done, they pretty much covered their bases for mos well known species and lot of obscure ones.
You'd have to dig really deep in obscure zoology to pick a mammalian or avian species the sandstar hasn't turned into a friend yet
